Positive: Comfortable bed. Good kitchen. Garden. Parking available in front of the house.
Negative: Being asked to take the inventory of the potential damage prior and after the stay to the flat. No information about major roadworks taking place during the stay. Garden furniture seemed not entirely safe.
Summary: Flat about 25 min walk from the city centre. 15 min walk to supermarket. Free on street parking.

Positive: Clean and well equipped apartment with all you need to cook yourself. The Nespresso type coffee machine it is a plus. Internet connection was great. I will return happily if opportunity will raise.
Negative: Larger fridge with a freezer compartment it will be more welcome to be fitted in for long stay guests

Positive: The apartment at the ground of the house it has a small garden where you can enjoy and breath fresh air in the summer hot days. House it is located on a very quiet area of the town. The house has a dedicated parking spot reserved in front of the house that never been respected by the neighbors, so you can get what you can find. you will find a parking spot free but you have to make few steps from.
Negative: the fridge is too small and very inefficient for freezer compartment

Positive: The ground level apartment has a small garden in the back which was great during the hot summer nights to breath fresh air and get relaxation during days. The apartment has all facilities that may need for a long stay. Some appliances need refurbished like fridge. In the rest, everything was clean and well arranged.
Negative: The fridge is too small for a long stay and too old as energy efficiency. It may be better to be replaced because the freezer compartment is inefficient and energy consumption should be high.
