We have adopted additional cleaning and disinfection protocol, in accordance with local recommendations to maintain the safety of our guests.
Old renovated farm retaining all its character. It is located on a farm of 200,000m2, with fields, animals and forest. Ideal for walking and appreciate a good sunset.
The house has internet connection, safe, hot / cold air, fireplace, private pool and parking.
The house has four double bedrooms. Two with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and the other two bedrooms with two single beds (1.00 x 2.00). Of the four bathrooms, two are equipped with a bath and shower, another with a bath and the last one with a shower. Everywhere there is light. The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Dining room and living room with fireplace. Satellite TV, WIFI, and stereo available. On the terrace, under a pergola, there is a dining area for 8 people next to the pool, barbecue available.
In winter we provide firewood for the chimneys.

It is located between Calonge and Es Carritxó, just 8 minutes from Portocolom, a fishing village, famous for its Mediterranean charm and its restaurants.
For golf lovers, 6 minutes have the Vall d´Or Golf Club.
For cycling enthusiasts we can offer cycling routes in the area, as well as being able to rent the bicycles they need, either for leisure or training.
We recommend a morning walk through the extensive fields of the estate, a bath in S´Algar (natural area), a visit to the Santanyi market tasting our cuisine in one of its picturesque premises, a cultural visit to the legendary Castle of Santueri, a Sunset at the neighboring Puig de Sant Salvador, ending with dinner at the Portocolom Restaurant 'Sa Sinia' tasting a fantastic fish.

Summary: We spent two weeks at Son Reus to celebrate my 60th and what a way to spend it. The finca and pool exceeded all our expectations and worked perfectly for 3 generations. Our granddaughter, nearly 3, who had never spent time in a pool due to Covid, adored the fabulous pool as we all did. The children's end was brilliant. Maria is an amazing host, gave lots of great recommendations and kept in touch the whole stay. A lovely two weeks.

Summary: This is without doubt one of the loveliest villas we have rented. It was in an ideal location not far from any facilities but at the same time away from it all with an amazing pool.

Summary: We spent a lovely and extremely relaxing time in this beautifully decorated casa. Everything in and around this casa seems just perfect. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you need. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom The living room is cozy with a fireplace (we did not use - but it makes you want to return in winter!) We used the Air-cons to cool down the bedrooms for a convenient sleep. The shaded outside sitting area with a nice wooden dining table is the perfect place to spent family time and meals. There was always a slight breeze so for us it never got too hot even at peak temperature in July! Even if it gets too hot there is this amazing pool - an attraction - not only for the kids! We spent a lot of time in the huge and deep enough pool either swimming or hanging out on donuts and other inflatables having great fun. The casa is perfectly located in the mediterranean hills on an enormous plot with pine and olive trees and chirping of cicadas. It is close to beautiful fisher villages like Portocolom and Porto Pedro and other Villages with its Supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts Maria and Joseph where giving us a very warm welcome and lots of great ideas where to eat and what to do, yet very decent! A great !Muchas gracias! Resume: Definitely one of our most relaxing holidays in a perfect house with lovely hosts. We will come back!

Summary: Based on previous reviews we were already anxious to see the Finca in person - and we definitely weren't disappointed. Everything was as advertised or better and the house was more than spacious enough for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. We didn't get a chance to meet the owners as so many others but they reacted promptly on some very minor issues we had. We were confused about the number and types of beds before arriving - so let me share that during our stay there were 4 sleeping rooms with double beds and one contained an additional single bed (so there are enough beds for 8 adults and one child plus a baby in the crib available). The grill actually wasn't a gas grill but a large charcoal Weber grill (we had a couple of really great BBQ dinners). The pictures don't give justice to the really large and on one end also deep swimming pool - this was a major plus for us and the round shallow pool section was great for our small kid. Generally the property is extremely kid friendly as was already mentioned by others. In case it is important to you, all air conditioning units worked perfectly as far as I can tell - although we rarely needed them due to the type and layout of the house (often we just opened windows/doors during the night). Overall I can honestly confirm that this place deserves the flawless reviews as given by others and we would be delighted to come back in the future.

Summary: Another wonderful stay. This property is a lovely old farm house, airy, private and spacious surrounded by nature. And in a great part of the island to visit national parks, beaches, small ports and towns. However a real bonus is how accommodating Maria and her husband are to those traveling with small children and babies. This time we were travelling with friends with a 6 month old, us a 1 and 4 year old. Maria had prepared in the house for us 2 cots (high standard), 2 high chairs, a full baby changing area complete with proper changing matt, extra towels, wipes, baby products. They left inflatables in the pool for the kids, a box of DVD's and toys. Pitty can't upload pictures here. We also sent a shopping list ahead of time that they accommodated too. All in all Maria and her husband are the most wonderfully considerate hosts and the house / location is amazing. Will be back again!

Summary: We are very well travelled people and never stay in the same place twice but this villa, the surroundings and owners were so amazing we have booked to stay again next year. It's a lovely old farm house. Really big. Really quiet. And excellent for families travelling with Children. The owners were so thoughtful , leaving a big cheese and ham platter for our arrival which was really welcome after a gruelling journey with two small children. They provided toys the children, the cot was an excellent quality, high chair, even a baby bath, some DVD's. It just made it all so comfortable and easy. The house is amazing. Really big and spaced out. We went as a group and everyone had lots of space and privacy. Lovely interior with beautiful old antiques, there was nothing we were left wanting for, it is just so well equipped. And outside - WOW. The pool is really big and the small 'feeder' pool was so good for our 4 year old. And it looks beautiful outside too, an historic building with so much charm. Then there is the location - so quiet and tranquil set amongst beautiful countryside and so very very private!! Which we loved. Lastly the owners Maria and her husband plus others who helped were so welcoming and accommodating. They are local and were immediately available for any issues. All in all faultless from start to finish. We may well return every year!

Summary: This property was exactly what we wanted for this leg of our trip. Traveling from the US with 2 kids, grandma, and 2 friends from the UK this was perfect. The property is beautiful, immaculant (inside and out), and with all the amenities to have great meals and just chill out and enjoy the day. The kitchen has everything you need and is well stocked with the pans, plates, and basics. We ate dinner on property every night shopping locally. There are plenty of clean sheets, towels, and supplies. The beds are large and comfortable. There are good hiking trails essentially on property and beautiful and well maintained pool. I could let my kids wander (6 and 8) with zero fear of anything to worry about. Maria and her friends/family/staff were wonderful. Very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. There are also weeks of things to explore around the island. There is a small village just down the road (Porto Colom) with great beaches. We also visited the north of the island which is only 1 hour away. The only tricky part is finding the place. Even with GPS you are going to need guidance to get the last few kilometers. But no worries, this is a personal service that is provided from town nearby. It was very easy. We spent more than 2 weeks traveling all over Spain and I have been to Europe many times and I can safely say this one of my favorite places I have been. Wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you for the memories we will long remember.

Summary: We are a Swedish family of 8 adults and 3 small children or babies who stayed in the house in late May and we really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, tidy an well organized with the four bedrooms connected to the four bedrooms. The outdoor space was perfect espacially the fenced big pool wich also had a more shallow part. The house is situated in a quiet and calm area, yet close to nice, small beaches perfect for swimming. You had all the information you needed in the house and we also appreciate the welcome and the good service from the host and hostess. /Helena S.
