Positive: The apartment size was good. The bedroom was nice size. I liked the shower screen in the bathroom so the water did not go everywhere.

Negative: The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one small saucepan. There was not a single sharp knife and there were no knives and folks. The plastic plates were very old with stains. Two of the kitchen cupboards did not close. If you are looking for an apartment with functional kitchen then this is not the place for you. There was also building works going on outside, so it was very noisy till late at night.

Positive: Spacious and quite clean. Comfortable mattress. At par with international standard. The place is still new. Location is great too.

Negative: My sincere advise to improve the place: * Provide more cooking amenities, i.e. water jar to make coffee for family. * To properly clean the kitchen sink, the surface of kitchen cabinet door as stain start to accumulate. * To make sure all remote controls for tv & ac are working. Replace battery if necessary. It is new great place, it is a shame if cleaning and maintenance are not properly done.

Positive: This is very spacious and comfortable home stay. Secure parking. Many eating places nearby. Medical facilities nearby. Owner a friendly gentleman..

Negative: Maybe bed linen was not fresh.. rooms were clean.

Positive: Very clean and well maintained property in quiet neighbourhood with access to amenities close by. The person on site was very responsive and helpful.

Negative: Only negative is that the property was slightly away from the city attractions and hence people staying here would need ensure they have their own transportation.
