Summary: The property was ginormous! We had a mix of couples and singles which the bedrooms accounted for. Everyone was definitely able to have their own space. I got a little confused about check in but after wandering around the check in building for a couple minutes I quickly figured it out (after hours check in is downstairs for those who arrive later!) We had a little miscommunication about the washer not working but property management were responsive and willing to accommodate us which was appreciated. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the casinos. We loved the indoor hot tub too! Would recommend to any groups traveling to the area.

Summary: The house and location of the house was perfect for our group outing. Only little issue as far as water leak. Other than that, the house was perfect home is recommended for big group and our self for our next trip to Tahoe. Thank you Robert for your hospitality, as well as the property management. Summary: Average house that had been added on to and was a quagmire. Old pots and pans, missing screens. Check in process was a nightmare. Told to be at an off site location. Arrived at 4 03 pm and no one there. Called all phone numbers and no one answered. Finally y more than an hour later someone arrived to copy my driver's license and credit card that could have been done by email.

Summary: We went with a few friends and family for a 3 day weekend. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and yet very close to the Casinos and Heavenly. The place was very clean, and well maintained with fresh linens (we usually carry our towels and bedsheets and did not have to open any). Good amount of rooms to accommodate bigger gathering and a game room to engage the kids In all we had a wonderful time. Truly a Hodgepodge lodge, that the home calls itself.

Summary: Came up with a big group for March Madness. Great to have the two TVs in the main room plus the space. The hot tub was out of order and a few light switches don't work but otherwise place worked great and was close to the casinos. Will definitely use again for future trips. Thanks!

Summary: I rented on VRBO the property at on 12/10/2022 it was shown to have 9 bedrooms and 13 beds according to the floor plan I pulled from VRBO on that day for my family to plan our trip. But when we arrived we found that the number of beds and sleeping areas had been reduced without informing us as guests who booked in December. This caused our family to have to rent two hotel rooms in addition to the house. Also during our stay the main kitchen refrigerator stop keep our food cold/frozen. We were fortunate to find out before everything went bad. We were also not notified prior to our visit that the spa was not working. We didn’t find this out until we arrived at the house Shower leaked from the master bedroom down into the kitchen. We had to ask our family to not use that shower due to the leak

Summary: I knew there were a lot of bedrooms, but until you get there it's hard to imagine. We had a blast during our time in the house. The weather was wild so we spent a lot of time inside. Our host Robert was very helpful also. Great vacation.
