The Home
Guests will enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Princeton (14,196’), Mount Antero (14,275’), and Mount Shavano (14,232’) from the western facing front room.
The master suite includes a roomy Aspen log king bed and a bathroom with a lofted ceiling and views of Mt. Ouray in the distance.
A second over-sized bedroom upstairs adjoins the master and provides two twin beds and plenty of additional space.
The main level bedroom includes an Amish crafted log queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom.
For those mixing work with pleasure, the downstairs office is complete with a classic wood desk, futon and Starlink powered WIFI.
The centerpiece of the dining area is the large live-edge dining room table, ideal for hosting family and friends. Seats 8.
Italian leather sofas fill out the living room along with wood burning stove and 55” smart TV pre-wired with WIFI for streaming.

Summary: Ryan’s property is top notch and is very secluded from the town. We had multiple different experiences with wildlife and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this house to anybody!

Summary: Property is a bit older, but is well kept and clean. Neighboring homes were much closer than expected, with homes on both sides and across street in a rural neighborhood development near mountains. Property is off the beaten path, but not as “secluded” as property may advertise. No A/C at property, so did get a bit warm a couple of days during our summer stay. Home is well stocked and in quiet neighborhood. Overall, home was great for our family vacation and fit our needs.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The house had the perfect amount of room for a family of five. My daughters had the downstairs bedrooms and my husband and I took the upstairs. We weren't able to get the wood-burning stove working but then again we were not familiar with that kind of stove. All in all, we had a great time.

Summary: We had to make a last minute change to our travel plans and luckily found this home was available. Home is beautiful. Location easy to access, quiet, and lovely. Beds were comfy. This is the best stocked rental I've stayed in and I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, which is not unique to this rental, is a lack of grab bars in tub shower for the safety of elderly travelers...please consider adding. Trips to BV, St. Elmo, Independence Pass, and Salida were great fun!
