Summary: Had everything we needed! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! We enjoyed the balcony with the little peekaboo view of the ocean. Great location to explore the Tillamok area! Beautiful beaches!

Summary: Clean. Very basic. King bed comfortable. Kitchen pans in need of replacement. Closet doors need some work. The 10 key code for entrance is a bit over the top.

Summary: We really enjoyed this house! Quiet peaceful neighborhood, clean comfortable house! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the fireplace was great! I would rent here again! Only one suggestion; the two fry pans are really scratched up & everything sticks. A new pan would be nice with plastic utensils so it won't get scratched up. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Summary: The place is nice. The only things I would say is that the trash lid is still broken (I didn't care too much about that) and the microwave handle is broken. The place is well stocked with appliances. An electric water kettle was great. They also had a few fans to keep the rooms cooler. I think to make it just a little cozier, I would have better chairs on the deck with foot stools and a little table to put your drinks on. Getting to the beach is an easy short drive, but in the future, I would probably spring for a place I could walk to the beach.

Summary: The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. But the listing on Vacasa specifically mentioned this property being “within walking distance” from long beaches when there is NO walkable path to the beach. (The windy highway to the nearest beach is narrow and would be extremely dangerous to walk.) We were counting on not having to drive to get to beaches and specifically chose this property for that reason. The misleading ad really put a damper on our holiday.

Summary: If you look at the pictures there are clearly three beds pictured. One twin, one full and one queen. When we got there they told us the third bed was actually a trundle. Vacasa staff was openly condescending and rude. This is the second terrible experience with this company. Also there were three beach towels which meant we were doing laundry constantly for a family of three. The downstairs bedrooms are so small you can barely walk into them. Overall do not recommend.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay at Casa Azul. Upon arriving, the home was clean and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped if you plan on cooking. The decor is modern, bright, and airy. We enjoyed having access to a television and Roku in the evenings. The electric fireplace also adds a nice touch. In the evening, there is a deer that sleeps in the greenery below the patio; I enjoyed watching her. My only complaint is that a few items were broken upon our arrival. The lid of the kitchen garbage can did not open and close, the downstairs bathroom shower liner only hung on one side as it had been ripped and the upstairs bed seemed to dip down quite significantly in the middle. The bed was also quite noisy with typical tossing and turning. I’m sure these issues all arose recently and can be easily remedied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit to Oceanside. Thank you kindly!
