A Portland classic in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, our light-filled home provides a central location to explore and a quiet respite. We are across the street from historic Laurelhurst Park and walking distance to Whole Foods, Laurelhurst Movie Theater and some of Portland's best restaurants, bars, and ice cream.
On the main floor you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room and 1/2 bath.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom w/ king bed and balcony, great for morning coffee or sunsets. A second bedroom has a queen bed. An extra single mattress is available, if needed. There is one full bathroom upstairs.
The house has a private patio, BBQ and is lushly landscaped. It is a perfect yard and patio for evening dinners and long evenings.
On and off street parking is available.
Close to bike rentals and the #20 bus line.
On rare occasion a renter may be in the basement apartment. The unit is entirely separate from the main floors of the house. It has its own side entrance.

Summary: We had a wonderful time here, and really appreciated the host's communications (even sharing tips on restaurants our very picky eaters might - and did - love!). Beautiful, comfortable home with a fun yard to explore, lots of awesome spots within walking distance, including a stunning park, and easy driving distance to everything else. The kids even slept in, which never happens. We hope to have the chance to stay here again! Thank you so, so much Courtney!

Summary: Wonderful, comfortable home! Quiet and safe neighborhood, great parking, very cozy!! Stayed here with our son while visiting our daughter over Christmas. We weren’t in the home too much but we truly enjoyed hanging out in the later evenings talking and sharing. Nicely updated, very clean and quiet, would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

Summary: This home is light and airy, and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was even more beautiful IRL than the pictures on the app. It’s spacious and comfortable with a fabulous outdoor area for afternoon drinks or morning coffee. Courtney was a great host!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and felt like locals for a few days. The house and garden are very nicely decorated and the location and neighborhood at Laurelhurst Park very quiet. Yet there are restaurants and stores within walking distance in this great S.E. Summary: We fell in love with Laurelhurst and Courtney's home during our stay! The home is stunning, and was well-equipped for all our travel needs. Laurelhurst has tons of great places to shop and eat, but it's also very centrally located. So if you do need to venture outside of Laurelhurst, everything is just a few minutes away by car (Moda Center, Powell's Books, etc.). I'd recommend Courtney's home to anyone.

Summary: Laurelhurst is a wonderful jumping off point for exploring Portland and we absolutely loved Courtney’s home. Great yard, access to park, restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Great layout and light in the home and all amenities you need to play house in Portland and have a cozy stay away from home. Friendly neighbors an added bonus!

Summary: This gorgeous home is even more beautiful than in pictures. Courtney was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Neighborhood is fantastic with a large park and walkable shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
