Summary: It's clear that there is no communication between the Vacasa people and anyone that manages the actual property because no-one seemed to realize that the unit was completely buried in snow on the back side so entrance was impossible. Also once we figured out how to get in from the front, the key from the lockbox did not work. Come to find out, unlike most American locks, you have to turn it towards the door frame to get it to unlock. Thankfully a neighbor told us the key works backwards, otherwise we were left sitting on the steps until help could arrive. AND I clearly requested a text from management which did not happen; they called 4 times and it was blocked due to unknown number (which is why I said text me-please follow instructions). The unit itself was VERY nice but the heat was limited to one unit in the dining area that we could get to work. The unit was clean except for behind the sofa (I was picking up a sock near the back and noticed what looked like food back there). Overall we had a great trip and if you want to visit the park on Soda Springs road for tubing or snow play, this place was perfect.

Summary: The home was immaculate and beautiful. The views from the windows were so peaceful. The bathtub was loved by everyone! So big and stayed hot forever. Completely relaxing. There is hiking right outside the door. We will definitely be back!!!

Summary: Lovely home to stay. We would be delighted to go back. Plenty of space to lie down and play. Thanks foe the books and toys to entertain the kids! Several drawbacks though. Hard to carry big luggage to the condo on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Woke up at night by the train. One bedroom is much hotter than another while both are controlled by the same thermometer. Still a decent place to stay and have fun at the resort next door :)
