Summary: I was very impressed at the communication from the host prior to checkin. They provided a detailed PDF and checked in to make sure that I had received it. Gaining access to the property was extremely smooth and they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and very large by European standards. I was very impressed by how extremely outfitted the kitchen was with serveware and appliances. It was amazing. The twin beds in our daughter’s room were some of the most comfortable I have ever laid on. And it was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room to relax as a family and wind down at the end of the day. Once you know the bus system, it is very easy to get around and into town. Or it is a very easy walk to town on the beach front promenade which is flat. The pool there was lovely especially with having a little poolside bar with snacks available. Only thing to note is that the pool is very deep. In the shallow end it is about 5ft which was challenging with a child but very nice for adults. Overall the property was very nice and well maintained and in a great location for beach and pool access. Highly recommend for people wanting to enjoy the beach over the town.

Summary: We stayed for a week in this lovely ground floor apartment, it had everything we needed and the space was used well. My 11 yr old twins said it felt homely and they didn't want to leave. The communal pool was a good size, warm and clean. The poolside bar man was helpful and friendly. Food was sold here which looked nice but we didn't eat there. The owners of the apartment were really responsive with my many questions and were very friendly. There were some useful information in the apartment. The locked car lar was for our hire car. Would definitely recommend. .

Summary: Location great: near the car park for unloading, near the bus stop for local buses including to Nice, a pretty walk to Villefranche Train Station one way or the other way to Beaulieu Station. Good for getting to the Ephrussi House and the coastal walk round St Jean Cap Ferrat. The appartment is very well designed: compact yet has everything you need for a family holiday.
