Summary: The house for the most part was very nice. Best for no more than 4. Bathroom layout was bizarre. In winter conditions an off road capable 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must. Hot tub was nice but a little clearer path would be nice. Overall a nice experience

Summary: Skiing was great. The cabin was the perfect location. The lane was a little challenging but doable. A great place to relax after skiing and shopping. Plenty of comfortable seating for 6 adults. Hot tub was an added bonus after skiing. We all had a great stay!

Summary: Very well maintained and clean cabin, and our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, the hot tub, and the privacy of the cabin. Outside of the master bedroom is a stream you can hear at night while sleeping. We had everything we needed and our kids are already asking to stay there again for future ski trips to Monarch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Summary: Our family truly enjoyed our time in the cabin. It was very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent for easy access to the outdoors and to downtown Salida. The creek that runs next to the cabin and hot tub really adds to the tranquility of the property. Communication with Jean was excellent and we would stay here again.

Summary: This is a cute rustic cabin away from everything. Property was nice but overgrown and could use some good landscaping with solar lighting to the hot tub for safety. Master bedroom bed was a little too soft and uncomfortable but overall the house is nice and spacious.
