Summary: Overall our stay was great. The property was clean, spacious and well stocked with linens and towels. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was within driving distance to downtown and local attractions. If youbstay here say hello to the cows across the street.

Summary: Great location, close to entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Beautiful views off the back deck. Scenery included huge fields and the mountains, absolutely gorgeous. Stores close by for groceries and several restaurants in Luray. House as pictured, lots of space to spread out. Large closets for belongings and a good size pantry. All the amenities you need.

Summary: The payment process was very smooth being processed thru Evolve. The check in information was received 1 week in advance of our trip. Beautiful home, we had 8 adults (2 couples and 4 singles) and there was enough room for everyone.

Summary: This house was just what we needed with 4 bedrooms. It was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Great location close to Luray Caverns. The house could stand to have a larger dining table so bigger groups could eat together at the same table. There are two tables that seat 4 people each; we were able to squeeze 5 people around one table, but no more would have fit. Although there were cows on the properties across the street and to the side, we didn't smell manure, even in the heat of August. For those wondering, there is no toaster (not sure why since that's a staple in most kitchens), no DVD player, and no fire pit. Loved the automatic combination lock on the front door that didn't require a key. Easy to use and no worries about losing a key. Overall, a great experience with no issues.

Summary: Tried calling property manager twice, once for matches for the grill and once for the garage door opener. Got a recording to call back. Counter tops were sticky. About a dozen or so tiny ants would greet you each morning in the master bath. Door knob to back patio is ready to fall off.

Summary: We loved the location and the size. The property was more run down than we expected from the photos. The light in the main bedroom did not work.One bedroom also had a dim light and several other bulbs are out. No soap or watered down soap dispensers. Our impression was that there would be toiletries provided. This was not the case. Towels were thin and small. One of the bedrooms was not made up. No top sheet. Overall the house could use some updating.

Summary: The house appeared in good condition, was open and inviting. The bedrooms were of good size. The location was great. Even though cows were across the road, we were not bothered by moos or smells. We would suggest a notebook be available with all the information (quirks with dishwasher, dryer noise, trash requirements, and checkout list plus contacts, and anything pertinent to the house). The only mirrors were in the bathrooms. Lamps would have been nice in the bedrooms (only had overhead lights). The rug in the living room was turned up on edges and my sister and I both tripped (but did not fall). The house was advertised to accommodate 9, but seating for meals was limited to 2 tables (separated) of 4 people each. We would stay in this rental again.
