Summary: It was very clean and equipped. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing is we didn’t realize was someone lives in an attached house that share walls with us and we were worried about being loud. The other thing about that was every morning at 6 am they let their dog out and it was very loud and yippy so we were up at 6.

Summary: We lived in this area for ten years, and have friends and family we like to visit. It's a much better alternative than a hotel, for sure! The inside of the house is very clean and quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The Lapp family is very welcoming and gracious. We love the location - close to Amish country, West Chester and Longwood Gardens, and the Brandywine area. We will be back!

Summary: The home was clean, and mostly quiet. It backed up to a road that was surprisingly busy even during the night hours. We really enjoyed staying here. The owners were friendly and responsive. The beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is getting more kitchen wear. I couldn’t find a cutting board, and measuring cups. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your little piece of heaven. (Go to the farm up the drive!)

Summary: We really enjoyed the surroundings at this house. A great fenced in area for a toddler to run around in and to eat outside at a big picnic table. A beautiful view from the front porch, and the convenience of a farm stand just a quick walk away.

Summary: The property is as advertised and maybe even better. The check in and out process was effortless. There is a farmers market next door that you shouldn't miss. Plenty of parking, amazing host, fully equipped kitchen. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Summary: Our stay with 6 of us was nice! House is on a farm property and was comfortable. Living area could use better seating, and porch could use updated furniture. We loved the farmer’s market on property and enjoyed the short trip to Intercourse, PA for shopping and dinner in Amish Country!

Summary: Older home located on the edge of an Amish farm, very nice and relaxing stay. Drinking coffee on the front porch watching the goats, horses, and ponies play each morning was my highlight. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and amenities were just right.

Summary: This house suited our needs perfectly. There were only 3 of us so we each had our own spacious bedroom, but we could easily have been a party of 5 or 6 without bumping into each other. The house itself is clean and cheerful, with modern appliances and very comfortable furniture including the beds. For us, the main attraction was the lovely farm view and surroundings--beautiful old trees shading the property, a long driveway with lots of parking, and a fenced-in backyard with picnic table. We had coffee there as well as on the front porch. The adjoining farm has goats and horses, which we enjoyed watching as they grazed and romped in the fields. We walked up the slight hill to the farmhouse and market twice, where we got delicious cheeses, beets, and strawberries. Our entire stay was peaceful, enchanting, and delightful. We'd love to come back someday!
