Positive: Amazing clean and spacious. Incredible customer service from Obada. We were super comfortable and happy with our stay. Great wifi, beautiful views of the city (building is on a hill) , a mini refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, water and even juice drinks were provided during our check in. The location is close to Petra entrance but in a quiet area. Breakfast was incredible because they packed your food for you to go early to Petra and it was very convenient to save time. Highly recommend.

Positive: Staff was great and very helpful. Obada met us at the front door upon arrival and was available via WhatsApp for questions or suggestions. The room was clean and the location was quiet. We had a third floor room with a great view. Heat/AC was a plus. Everything seemed fairly new and worked properly. Free parking was right outside the door. The location was a quick 3min drive to the Petra Museum and entrance and 4-5min drive to the downtown area. You could walk everywhere but beware that some of the surrounding hills are very steep. There were several cafe, restaurant and grocery stores within a 1-3min walk. Breakfast was a simple croissant, cheese, jam, tomatoes/cucumbers and bread with a juice box & water. It was left outside our room early every morning and ready for whatever time we wanted to leave (went to Petra for hiking two mornings in a row at 6:30am). WiFi was incredibly fast. The best we’ve had in several weeks.

Positive: The location and the view from the room are just WOOOOW! The view from there is truly beautiful, and the room has many windows and a balcony where you can enjoy the scenery. The hotel is only about 15 minutes walking from Petra’s Visitor Center and around 10 minutes from the town center — very convenient! They also recommend a local restaurant nearby, and you really should go — it’s excellent! Another lovely detail is that they prepare a breakfast box for you from 6 a.m. so you can take it with you to Petra, which is super thoughtful. Honestly, the price is amazing for everything they offer. Great value, great location, and great people! Highly recommended
