Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Checkout was fast and friendly. However! When we ordered room service from the restaurant on site, we were told it would be delivered when ready. Fast forward 45 minutes, we had to call to inquire and it still wasn't ready. Five minutes later, the front desk (not the restaurant) called to say that our food was ready. We told them it was supposed to be room service (as we had just gotten back from the 3ft pool - fyi). When the chicken wings and spinach dip were delivered 10 minutes later, it was cold, the wings were completey dried out and tge spinach dip barely covered the bottom of the bowl. It was the worst $40 I've spent on food. The (free) breakfast had scrambled eggs that were grey. Save yourself the disgust, and go eat somewhere else. When I mentioned the trouble to the front desk, all I got was a "sorry". 10/10 would never recommend to eat here.

Summary: The room smelt of smoke the moment you open the door. The toilet was old and small and low. The mattress was wornout the edges collapsing on it. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. Tried to use the pool but is was packed.

Summary: The bed was so soft my wife and I would roll into the middle, so we slept in separate beds. So much for couple’s retreat. Tub didn’t drain properly. Hot tub had a bad smell to it.

Summary: The breakfast was amazing and the bed was comfy. When booking it would be helpf if there was a spot to book a pet in before arrival.

Summary: Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The only negative was only one elevator was working so it took a long time to get up and down from the room. We will stay here again.

Summary: hotel was nice, positives, lots of amenities, pool, lounge, restaurant, laundry. Negatives: laundry room, washer needs maintenance doesn't accept Lonnie correctly, steam room also didn't function correctly, room service is slow, nachos took 90 minute to receive, (30 min after the restaurant/lounge has closed) after a follow up to coinsurer's to find out if these times are normal, fun fact: busy bar times during peak times takes 12-20 minutes to make nachos in a busy bar. the coinsurer/guest services was amazing, upgrading the room, dealing with lost food from room service, trying to deal with the laundry not working, replacing forgotten room key cards after breakfast. Fair price and location solid 3 star with potential to be a 4+ star resort/hotel.

Summary: It wasn't bad and it wasn't great! However, Ryan at the front desk was AMAZING! He was super kind and genuine and did whatever it took to make our situation right, which we greatly appreciated! He deserves a raise! The lounge was ok. Free pool which was nice and the food was surprisingly good there and the breakfast lounge. We had the Burger & Beer and I had the quasadilla 1st night and the new york strip, rice and veggies and a Clubhouse the 2nd night. Mohammed was good but could have been better. He seemed to service everyone else but never checked up on us. We always had to go to him for another drink, or condiments. I understand he was the only 1 there but if you can attend to others, make sure you do everyone! The drink menu he said they never use. I like trying new cocktails, so maybe they need to showcase it on every table and use it. He did make me this cherry rum drink which was good but the 2nd night they had no cherry liquor and opted for the raspberry. It wasnt quite as good. Please get some oj or pineapple juice. There was no ketchup for breakfast the 1st night. Smh! Everything is under lock and key including the elevator. Also, i recommend bringing your own room towel to the pool as they don't allow you to leave with a pool towel. The pool is the same depth as the hot tub 3ft with no jets but a nice waterfall. I guess that's the tradeoff? Steam room was nice too. Bed was a bit hard for our liking but we managed. It was pretty quiet so that was nice too.
