Summary: The property is about a 10 minute walk through the tunnel then up the street to number 99. The little balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. There is no elevator and you are going up 3 flights of stairs to the room, so plan ahead for your stay and pack accordingly. Maddy met us at the room to make sure we had a good feel for 5 Terre and the area. Very glad we stayed in 5 Terre.

Summary: Loved our well-appointed apartment with a balcony overlooking the vibrant town. Our host was gracious. The surrounding area was filled with dining options and beautiful views. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station.

Summary: My stay was pleasant. It was advised my room would have a separate but private bathroom. Positives are it’s very much within the village and all its beauty. Negatives are a very uncomfortable bed, an ant infestation , no TV and no breakfast. There are some sweet biscuits and small packed croissants and coffee. No milk. For €120 I suppose it’s what you might expect for Riomaggiore but there must be better choices available.
