Positive: The apartment was lovely and clean. There was air conditioning. Matteo, the host, was friendly and responsive by message (checkin had to be done online and instructions were sent by message, keys were in a lockbox). The pool was great. It was quite close to the lake Garda. We had a lovely time!
Negative: A bit close to the highways, but noise level was ok. Not enough glasses, one pot was dirty, and we only got one roll of toilet paper to start (a bit optimistic as we were 3 adults and 2 kids and arrived late).

Positive: Very good swimming pool. Quite large and clean.
Negative: The apartment is located in an industrial area, with no possibility to walk or run. The roof rooms are uncomfortable, with sloping ceilings where can often bump head. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. Please note that if your neighbours smoke on the terrace, it is very annoying and not pleasant to eat on the terrace. There are problems with the garbage containers, its are overflowing.

Positive: great property in lovely location car made life a lot easier pool one of the best we've ever had at a rental property lots of private outdoor space easy access to town, supermarkets, train stations etc.
Negative: En route we were sent an online check-in which could have been sent much earlier (was a hassle to do on a smartphone whilst at a busy airport). We knew were were arriving late and were advised of a late check in charge which led us to believe we were being met, in reality this was an arbitrary fee as was a gated entry (keycode) and key lockbox so added unnecessary stress. The description of the view could be a bit more obvious - the main view is of the main Autoroute Milan to Venezia - there is absolutely no doubt the Pool View is fantastic and you can see the Lake is you are in a particular apartment and there is lots of greenery. Just a bit of honesty ref the Autoroute (even if spun as great access to the Autoroute, Shops, Local Amenities etc) The property would benefit from a simple welcome pack, we had to search out the washing machines (in a set of garages), and had an interesting trip to the village to reset the electrics. The property even at a small price hike would benefit from provision of simple things like salt/pepper/olive oil/dishwasher tablets/washing powder etc ..... it wasn't as welcoming as many houses we've stayed in over years, with some simple basics and things you just need (grater, balcony furniture etc) - for a flat to accommodate 6 dishes, plates, cutlery were a bit light. £50 in IKEA would sort this.
Summary: Enjoyable week - pool fantastic - motorway view should be stated - trip to IKEA needed
