Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 14.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) 20 m2, with sloping ceilings, Studio, ceiling height 170 - 210 cm with 2 beds and shower/WC. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Summary: Eine wunderbares Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana von hier aus sehr gut erreichbar.Toller großer Pool und im Haus alles was man sich wünscht und braucht. Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht ganz richtig. Es werden3 Bäder aufgeführt, es waren aber für 3 Zimmer nur 2 Bäder verfügbar.

Summary: Beautiful traditonal Tuscany stone villa with great pool and fantastic view. The host Eleonora provided great service and kept the pool and garden fresh every day. I would really recommend this villla.

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist toll, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön und die Aussicht toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out hat problemlos geklappt. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Summary: Sehr ruhige und schöne Unterkunft. Was man nicht gleich sieht, die linke Seite ist ein anderes Haus und man hört Leute gehen, ansonsten ist es ruhig, super eingerichtet und auch eine Top Lage - jederzeit wieder"!

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable and well maintained spacious house amid splendid Tuscan wine and olive yards. Very kind and efficient host. The house is situated some 5.5 km away from Certaldo in a quiet and peaceful landscape and is spacious and very clean. The ventilators in every room were a welcome surprise as summer temperatures can rise to very hot. The only area for improvement: an outside umbrella would create more shade and quality of Internet is very weak.

Summary: Endroit idéal afin de rayonner au cœur de la Toscane La maison est au calme, au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. L'endroit est paradisiaque. Elle est magnifique, spacieuse. Tout est luxueux, décoré avec gout, beaucoup de cachet et l'équipement est parfait. Il y a plusieurs terrasses équipées, une piscine exceptionnelle avec tout le mobilier nécessaire. La vue est enchanteresse. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, notre séjour a été parfait grâce à l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse d'XXX qui a tout fait pour rendre nos vacances très agréables (conseils de visites, plan de la région, vie pratique ...) Je vous conseille cette superbe location sans réserve.
