Positive: The owner of the apartment gave clear instructions, and check-in was very easy. Good Wi-Fi and access to the courtyard.

Negative: The floors are very dirty, and the light from the yard makes it almost impossible to sleep. The beds are very hard. There's no room to even sit at a table in the room.
