Summary: We loved the home and location. It was a ton of fun with our family. The host could provide a few more essentials and also maybe offer to buy some food basics. We arrive around 7pm to a remote are of Tuscany with no groceries or stores nearby. They did not have coffee or a coffee machine in the house. So, when we woke up the next morning we had nothing to eat. The host could have offered this and charged us. If you are looking for a rural Tuscany experience... it's amazing.

Summary: The house can best be described as functional. It serves well for 10 people, but there are definitely improvements possible. The pool is large and was much used. Breakfast & dinner outside was great in the large enough garden. The absolute biggest asset: an astonishing 270 degrees view from the house on a hill. No better way to position a holiday house. Sufficient nice villages around, great cycling roads and dining opportunities. Downside: very bumpy road to the house. Overall: recommended!!!

Summary: Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und die Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, Sandwich Maker etc.. Der Pool war groß und es gab genügend Liegen und Liegestühle. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch, wo man gemütlich essen kann und die Landschaft genießen kann. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die abenteuerliche Anfahrt mit einigen massiven Löchern. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Summary: Casa pulita e ben tenuta con bella vista sulle vigne dotata di piscina e ampio giardino molto gradevoli. L’unico problema, purtroppo non da poco, è la strada di campagna per giungere alla casa, raggiungibile esclusivamente dal centro di Mercatale dopo 15 minuti circa di sterrato. La strada presenta molti pietroni e tratti in pendenza che rendono difficoltosa la sua percorrenza se non si è in possesso di fuoristrada, 4x4 o comunque macchine con un’altezza da terra abbastanza significativa.

Summary: Wir waren dieses Jahr zum dritten mal in diesem schönen Haus. Das zusätzliche Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad hat das Haus nochmals aufgewertet. Paoloa hat uns freundlich empfangen, es hat alles gepasst.

Summary: We hadden een zeer aangename vakantie in het vakantiehuis ! Alles is materieel voorzien waaraan we konden denken nodig te hebben. De weg er naartoe is de laatste km ofzo onverhard en best wel avontuurlijk maar de locatie is dan ook wel zeer rustig en geeft het alleen op de bergtop gevoel hoewel er buren en onderburen zijn. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Let wel dat er nog betaald moet worden voor kuis en lakens. Wij waren hier blij mee want lakens en handdoeken nemen veel plaats in maar dit was best prijzig. De woning heeft geen airco maar is door constructie en met de luiken best fris binnenin. We hebben heel vaak onder de luifel buiten gezeten en aten elke moment daar. Fijne zetels aan het zwembad . Een bed was wat stuk . Borden , bestek ,... zijn goed voorradig, glazen hadden wat afwasmachineaanslag. WiFi was wel op op vrijdag . Intenser gebruik met 5 kids . Wasmachine en afwasmachine deden hun werk :)
