Positive: We chose this property for its proximity to the Teatro del Silenzio, as we were attending both the Matteo and Andrea Bocelli concerts — just a 10-minute drive away. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, the kind of place where you could happily settle in for a month. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in the heart of the Tuscan hills, this is an ideal retreat. Access from the car park to the apartment is excellent for wheelchair users, with well-maintained gravel paths. The bathroom features a large shower with plenty of hot water. The owners are wonderfully welcoming, speak English well, and even share their home with a friendly dog — making this a dog-friendly stay. Restraunt II Palagetto is close by and we realy enjoyed dinner their one evening overlooking the Tuscan Hills. Restraunt Molino D'Era is a just a little further away but well worth a visit. Of course you are only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Volterra and 30 minutes drive to San Gimignano.

Positive: We had a lovely two day getaway at Roberto and Claudia‘s place. They are very kind and accommodating and their place is exceptionally clean. It’s worth the drive if you’re visiting Volterra!

Positive: Excellent location if you like a quiet and pittoresque view. The location on a strada bianca is exceptional, particularly for those who like the Tuscan countryside.

Negative: Some kind of terrace or sitting corner out of the sun would be nice. We discussed this with the owners, who are willing to take care of this soon.

Positive: They are simply fantastic!! Claudia & Roberto are fantastic people! Starting from the first minute of comunication and ending with their apartments in midle of Tuscany, close to Volterra & Lajatico. Apartments are brand new, has everything that you will need for a stay. Thank You!
