This newly renovated semi detached country house is 120 square meters in two floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: two double bedrooms (one with crib), a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outside veranda, gazebo with outdoor dining area, swimming pool, sun beds, large garden and private parking.The property is all fenced and closed by automatic gate, pool is exclusively for our guests, even if there are other houses nearby.A/C and wi-fi are provided too.

Summary: The house is well equipped and clean. Good facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) The pool is great, we enjoyed both the water as the terrace. But the surrounding of the house is really poor. It is not only next to one of the busiest roads between the coast and Lucca (lots of trucks, motorcycles and busses making a lot of noise) but also part of a smal community of industrial and other local residences...
