For small group booking discount, please inquire prior to booking. Welcome to our home in the Poconos! Our beautiful home is located in a quiet wooded setting, secluded from neighboring homes on a 21 acre lot with easy check-in/check-out is currently available for bookings.
Our home easily accommodates large families and can comfortably sleep 10 and features:
An 11 person Home Theater equipped with reclining leather theater style seats. There is a 75” ultra HD TV with Bose surround sound. We have an additional HDMI hookup for your personal gaming devices;
A game room with an 8-foot pool table, professional foosball table, full sized Arcade machine with thousands of arcade classics as well as a Karaoke machine, chess board and various card and board games; newly added Megatouch game (for ADULTS only)
A 6 person Jacuzzi;
Newly installed spa steam shower in the primary bathroom;
An outdoor fire pit;
Flat screen Roku SmartTVs in every bedroom and throughout the home;
A business center with printer;
BBQ gas grill;
A high ceiling living room with a 65” Roku SmartTV with Bose sound bar;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Central air and ceiling fans in every bedroom;
High speed Internet;
An oversized hammock;
Washer & dryer, iron and ironing board;
Basement and outdoor Bluetooth surround stereo system;
A full sized wakeboard available to take to the lake; and
There is parking for 6+ cars as well as parking for your boat or jet-skis trailer in our driveway; guests will not have access to the garage. There is front door access and downstairs walkout access.

There is so much to do in the Poconos. We are a few minute drive to Lake Wallenpaupack where you can launch or rent jet-skis, powerboats, and all other types of watercrafts.

Summary: We had a great stay, the house was clean and very organized. There is an excellent game room and home theater that kept our kids occupied throughout our trip. We had planned to visit a local place to Ski but the kids enjoyed the game room so much that we changed our plans. Owner's made the stay very easy, they helped coordinate our arrival and made the use of all the amenities very easy to understand. Also, the owners were available and easy to reach when we had any questions regarding the property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Myself and some friends from college with spouses and two kids stayed here for a long weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, everything was found clean and organized, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there were endless activities available at the house to entertain everyone. The owner was great, communicated throughout the trip and responded to any questions or issues immediately. We would definitely stay here again! For the local area. We went to the two breweries in Hawley, Wallenpaupack Brewing and Hopping Eagle, the former also has food. We also went to 3 Hammers Winery. All three were very good. On the way there we stopped at Kalahari for the kids and another couple stopped at Ski Big Bear for skiing. We tried Honesdale but was underwhelmed. (Trip was in the winter months)

Summary: This house exceeded our expectations from the very beginning! There was so much space and everything you needed (especially in the kitchen). The bathrooms were updated & luxurious and the basement entertained our family (4 couples altogether) every night of the week. We had an absolute blast with memories to last a lifetime. This was all of our first times to that area and we were all very happy with the location of the house in proximity to everything we did and needed. So close to Lake Wallenpaupack and also close to grocery stores, restaurants, cvs, ice cream, etc! The host provided an amazing brochure with so much information of things to do with the mileage and direct links and she was very easy to communicate with. This house is truly an oasis and we would, for sure, rent again!

Summary: House was better than expected. Fully stocked kitchen as in every single pot/pan/dish/glass/gadget/tools and even coffee k-cups, salt, pepper, lots of seasonings and oil/vinegar. Came in handy for our family Thanksgiving we celebrated while staying here, especially the 2 ovens. The upstairs loft was great for our teen to have her own space and bedroom (just keep in mind no bathroom up there). The downstairs Master was beautiful, spacious and had a top of the line bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms were comfortable (1 with a Queen and 1 with a Full) shared a nice hall bath (not a lot of storage for 4 adults and a teenager sharing it). Fortunately there's an amazing basement full bath if you don't mind the walk downstairs as well as a 1/2 bath in the laundry room area on the other side of the kitchen. The wood burning fireplace in the Living Room was where we spent a lot of our time playing games and hanging out. The Hot tub was perfect and very spacious, easy to use and not too far of a run on a chilly night. The firepit was further than I thought but very well set up. The outside decks were well furnished but with the colder temps when we were there we didn't get to use. The BEST part was the amazing basement, better than described, WOW! The movie room is the the best, so comfortable. The bar area has a slushie machine, popcorn machine, fridge/freezer, more glassware, shakers, counter ice maker and so much more. There's a pool table, air hockey table, karaoke machine, a card playing area and loads of vintage arcade games/pinball machines and more. Perfect to keep the whole family entertained. You can tell the house is well cared for and nicely decorated. Location is so close to the lake and downtown Hawley only about 5 minutes or so although you'll never actually need to leave the house!

Summary: House is completely as advertised with a responsive and friendly host. We had a great time utilizing all of the fun amenities and the location was so close to grocery stores, pizza places and Dunkin! We had the perfect stay for our group of 10.

Summary: This property has everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. Clean, supplied and beautiful house. Everything we needed was there from kitchen equipment and basics to full (and fun) game room. Movie theatre was perfect to watch the ball drop and ring in the new year

Summary: The property was amazing for a fall family getaway. It was very well stocked throughout with more appliances than we could use and starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, detergents) as well, which was beyond our expectations. It’s a beautiful home, and obviously well thought out from the layout and amenities to the signage and labeling too. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit, movie theater and hot tub, with the game room being a hit for our entire family. We would highly recommend the location and would definitely consider returning. Maria was very attentive from beginning to end, and we greatly appreciate the hospitality shown to us .

Summary: Our family had a great time exploring the house for a few days. We loved playing the many games downstairs (there were so many more than we could get to) and watching movies in the theater. The hot tub was great too, and the deck had a beautiful view of the woods. Everything was perfectly clean, easy to find and use, and comfortable. Maria was also extremely hospitable and responsive to questions. Highly recommend.
