Positive: Good location close to the train station and the Ankaray line, quiet, excellent Turkish breakfast.

Negative: The bathroom items are quite limited. Also not related to the hotel itself but the location indicated on Booking.com when using Map is wrong (it locates the hotel at number 122 while the actual one 135).

Positive: Staff members are good and helpful people and good location.

Negative: The carpets are with stains. Even though we do not smoke but we could feel the smell of cigarettes coming from somewhere. The breakfast could have more fruits and meat options.

Positive: The receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and polite. He was the only one who could speak good abd fluent English. He also helped me with tickets for onward journey.

Negative: Nothing, I got lost in trying to find the hotel

Negative: The first night I was on the 6th floor room was quite but the air con did nothing to cool the room and the pillows were hardand lumpy. I had to ask for soft pillows. When my mum arrived we realized that the bed was very noisy when two people sleep in I had to ask reception to change my room the second room had the same problem with the bed the third one on the third floor was comfortable and quite but as we were closer to the road it was very noisy. The first morning there was not much put out for breakfast there was a plate covered with 3 bits of cheese and some cucumber and tomatoes and a boiled egg I was shocked by this. I asked for a mug for coffee I was told they don't have one but there was two in our room so I took them and from. Day two they put out breakfast properly so that fixed the issue
