Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Summary: Every time I come to Hawaii, I stay in this exact room. The room is very clean, well equipped with everything I need and it's very cozy. The design is bright and beautiful.This year though, the bed wasn't as comfortable as it was in the past. Hopefully they update the bed. The location is excellent and on the beach. I will continue to reserve the same room everytime I come!

Summary: The unit was clean, bright and perfect! The bed was comfy. The pillows were a little flat for me, but there were so many that it wasn't an issue. The AC kept the room comfy. You have access to Roku, Netflix and other stations on the TV. The kitchen had everything you would need. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. If I had to have a complaint, it would be the showerhead- there wasn't a lot of water pressure, but it still worked! The balcony overlooks the 2 pools and has an ocean view. The elevator wait times were excellent. Never more than a minute wait. It is the perfect location! It's a 1 minute walk next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village where my conference was. There are plenty of food options in walking distance and Door Dash/Grub Hub/Uber Eats is always an option. I will definitely be staying here next year for my conference!

Summary: Photos showcase the space well; it was clean and nicely updated. Beautiful decor, lots of storage and a comfortable spot to rest. The Ilikai hotel is nicely situated in walking distance to Waikiki and well maintained. A couple pieces of feedback: - Bed was quite creaky with no box spring and sank when you laid on it. - Shampoo rack in bathroom is rusting and could use to be updated. Seemed out of place with how clean and updated the rest of the apartment was Check in and check out was easy with the keypad. Would highly recommend this VRBO!
