Positive: The location is very good, like in the pictures. The host is very responsive. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room. The kitchen is not big but has everything you need. The air conditioner works; just wait a little bit.
Negative: The street nearby is noisy so it's better to take your earplugs. We slept in the cold apartment for 2 nights because we thought that the air conditioner didn't work. The roller on one window of the bedroom didn't work. Dull knives, as in most of the apartments.

Positive: Lovely homely apartment with good view of Seville’s ‘Mushroom’ and short walk to the Monumental District, though good bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Javier welcomed us to the apartment and went through everything as well as giving us suggestions for visits/ restaurants which we were grateful for. There is everything you need in the apartment, the bed is comfortable, bathroom good. All clean and cared for. Thank you Javier

Positive: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Fabulous view from TWO balconies, within 10” walking to all major sites and hundreds of restaurants/bars. Javier was the best host! He tracked us down as we were trying to find his place, showed us around the apartment, gave us great tips on restaurants and places to see.
Negative: Advertised tv, but could not access in English…suggest to offer apps for Netflix, CNN, etc. and be able to change to different languages.
Summary: We would definitely stay here again!
