Positive: Even though, the area of the city for someone from the States may seem a little sus. IT is actually fine. Anyone from NYC would know its ok. Kansas maybe not so much😂. The train is very close about an 8-10 min walk from the apartment, grocery store about a 10-minute walk as well. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen items, except maybe cutting knives. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels adequate. Gym facilities were well kept, and you can get a decent workout. Spa facilities make post workout recovery fantastic.
Negative: No hair dryer. No supplies for self-clean-up.
Summary: Overall very good. Very responsive host. I would stay there again if I had another long assignment.

Positive: Host was very responsive and answered immediately. Nice building. Nice apartment. Reception was very nice and friendly. Internet was easy to connect. Well equipped and well organized.
Negative: Several things needed fixing. Shower door had a gap so much water came out while in use. Wall was separating in the ceiling. Not the nicest neighborhood.

Positive: * Nice balcony * The auto lock on the door is good * OK-ish price
Negative: * A bureaucratic check-in procedure * Hard to find a parking space * Not the best neighborhood. * Noise from the elevator audible in the bedroom * Bathroom leaking and flooding the floor The check in procedure was a horror: The host directs you to some website that asks you to fill in many details for each guest, photos of various pages of the passport, detailed addresses, selfies, ID card numbers, dates of births etc. He then tells you politely that this is "standard procedure". All the parking spots around the property were full. After circling around for a while, we headed to a parking lot. Luckily it was the weekend, and not so pricey. But I was a bit worried about the car given that the neighborhood is not the best. The elevator is clearly audible from the bedroom. The whole place feels like an ikea-furnished place, and in particular the bathroom leaks, leaving the floor flooded.

Positive: The apartment was great had everything you needed/could want for example plates/cutlery, a washing machine, TV, a fridge freezer the list goes on, me and my partner particularly loved the large balcony much bigger than your standard balcony and was equipped with outdoor furniture to use too.
Summary: The apartment had everything you needed unlike your standard hotel room.

Positive: The best part were two guys at the reception of the facility. They were so willing to help in any case and in any sutuation. Appartment was ok and definitelly a good value for money.

Positive: It was near the metro and easy to go to the centre. I loved that there was a gym and the pool. It was clean in the pool and the gym was funktionell. The bed was really nice .
