Rivertours to the famous Salt River wild horses can be arranged on foot or by kayak. (limited availability, please ask as soon as you book.)
Everything in this spacious house is brand new and updated in the latest style with comfortable furniture and 3 huge new tv's with all the channels. It is peaceful and quiet without roadnoise, and a short walk to the community pool, spa and workout room. Bring the hole family to enjoy a wonderful vacation where the weather is always perfect.

reading nook. 75" brand new smart TV. Modern decor. Bench and coatrack at front door.
New spacious beautiful kitchen with island. Granite counter tops and lots of cupboard space and small desk. All stainless steel appliances. Equipped with new Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, water boiler and new pans, dishes and glasses. Open to dining area with new table and comfortable dining chairs seat 6 people. Outside dining table and furniture for BBQ ing with the perfect weather.
Upstairs: Three beautiful bedrooms plus additional loft bedroom. Three New QUEEN beds and 1 full size comfortable bed. New Smart TV's. Huge walkin closet in primary, tub and separate glass shower, double vanities and granite counter tops. Second bathroom has tub/shower combination with rainshower and granite countertops. Small work desk and views of Red Mountain in 4th bedroom.
Outside: Driveway has parking for 2 vehicles plus parking on street is allowed. Enclosed back yard has patio deck with comfortable patio seating, superficial grass and additional patio table.

Summary: The house was very clean! The yard furniture could use a little help but all in all it was a great stay and it was close to Las Sendas where I family lives

Summary: We were so pleased upon arrival to find this property clean, very tastefully decorated, roomy and comfortable. The layout is open and inviting. Looks brand new! The kitchen was nice for simple meal prep and again, very clean. Our party consisted of three adults and one child but the home would very nicely accommodate two small families or a family traveling with grandparents. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to an inquiry we had. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Summary: Great stay! Clean, comfortable and spacious area. Beds were comfortable. Maybe a few more towel hooks in primary bathroom. Baby birds on the back deck was a nice touch! It was too cold to enjoy the pool but it was really close by. Would stay again.

Summary: The property was even better than the pictures! All brand new and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with many items not normally provided. The owner, Simone, was super friendly and helpful. She even added a BBQ when we noticed there wasn’t one shown in the listing. Location is handy access to the 202 freeway but not so close to hear traffic noise. Close to go walking in La Sendas neighborhood or short drive to Usery Mountain. Will DEFINITELY stay here again if we’re back in Mesa.

Summary: The home is beautiful and exceptionally maintained. The pictures are a true representation of the rooms and outdoor space, all of which have been recently renovated. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for two moms and two daughters. We all had our own sleeping space and shared the two bathrooms. The pool was a very short walk and we enjoyed swimming and the hot tub. The host was readily available to answer questions and was overly helpful with arranging a visit to see the wild horses, which we would highly recommend. Special touches throughout the rental made our stay comfortable (coffee, creamer, snacks, water bottles, soaps, etc.). The gated community was a bonus. And the location was a short drive to the towns of Gilbert, Chandler, Old Town Scottsdale, and hiking/site seeing areas. Overall we had an excellent experience with the property and host. Don’t hesitate to book!

Summary: Condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the house and would definitely stay there again. Pool wasn’t heated so pretty cold and hot tub didn’t work one night but that’s not property owners fault. The condo was decorated so cute and beds were so comfortable!

Summary: This home is so beautiful and clean! Everything is updated and has all the essentials for a stay. My family loved having this be our home away from home for the long weekend. Simone was a wonderful host, and wanted to do everything to make our stay comfortable.

Summary: Loved this place, just what we needed… very clean and well appointed, dealing with Simone was easy and responsive. We golfed las sendas and red mountain ranch, and hiked in the superstitions, so this location was superb. Easy access to the 202 meant our jaunts to Scottsdale were manageable too. Overall, this home is perfect for a family, or 2-3 couples. Very comfortable - thanks Simone!!
