Summary: We really enjoyed the home, the location, the layout, everything! The views were amazing, we basically had the beach to ourselves, and it was the quiet vacation we wanted. We wish the pool was heated but we assume most of the year a heater isn’t needed. We had 8 people in the home and had plenty of room - would have been fine with 10 or 12 - definitely plan to return!

Summary: We stayed in this home in 2023 and then again in 2025 for Spring Break. The beach is wonderful, access to the river is super convenient, and the house is spacious and comfortable. You are definitely off the beaten path a bit, but this is exactly what we wanted ….close enough to seek seek adventure in nearby towns, but removed from the hustle and bustle that you genuinely feel off the grid.

Summary: Location was nice. Loved the view of the ocean from the home. The pool isn’t heated so was too cold to use the entire time. There were ants in the dining room which were an issue the entire stay. I asked for maintenance to come for a few different things and they never showed our entire stay. Other than location, the house was disappointing.

Summary: Great lay out and every room has a beautiful view. Love that all the rooms have Kings beds and very spacious. However, there is a lot going on there that needs attention. A/C's not up to par, comunicated this with the property manager while there and was told that someone would be out, noone ever showed. AC Filters are black and have not been changed in close to a year. Deep clean needs to be done. Thick prescense of dust on cabinets, light fixtures and fans. Pool bath door does not open. There is dry wall cracking in the ceilings/ Fan does not work in main floor bedroom which also has a bad AC unit. Broken furniture in living room and outlets that are coming out of the walls. Also bad ants in the dining room area. Also the listing shows old arial photos. This now houses all around it. It is no longer on a it own little point. Several of the pictures need to be updated.

Summary: No A/C. Previous reviews stated the same. I called and was assured that it had been fixed. Other questions that I had were also inaccurately answered but this was a major inconvenience. It’s as though the rep just acted as though he checked on my concerns. Very disappointed!!

Summary: Amazing views and beach location is what you get with this home. Loved being right on the beach. I was disappointed though, I have stayed in lots of Vacasa homes and this one needs lots of repairs, felt like staying in a motel 6, but paying Ritz Carlton prices. Home photos did not match the actual quality of the home. Pulling up driveway, you will notice a few windows with air conditioner units sticking out of them with tape holding up the hose unit. Each bedroom had a floor fan and some had window air conditioner floor units, none of the mini splits in the rooms worked. The upstairs bedroom by pool was unusable, it was extremely hot and felt like a sauna. The furniture in home was covered in furniture cloths, we did not have pets. One of the swivel chairs in the living room should be tossed, it's dangerous and not stable, almost fell off of it. The kitchen's back splash was "under construction" and showing concrete and old stucco. The oven took a long time to heat up. The stove and oven are very outdated and should be replaced. The kitchen sink also needs replaced; it’s really scratched up. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils and had some spices in cupboard which made it nice to cook with. The main floor half bath/laundry area had a sewage odor which is right next to the kitchen. The first-floor bedroom shower did not get hot water, while the upstairs showers did. Deck furniture did not have backs on the two-seated plastic benches and were pushed up against house for support, they should be replaced and one of the plastic rocking chairs seat slats was not secured and fell off. House exterior is withered and needs power washed and lots of rust spots on the soffits. Railings were rickety and need to be better secured, this is a safety issue. One of the windows in the dining area had a large crack in it, was worried with thrashing Ocean wind that window would completely burst. Upstairs hall bath had dog scratch marks on back of door. Stairs are very steep and a bit difficult to climb. Home needs lots of repairs, it clearly is rented a lot but adding some care and updates should be poured into the home. I enjoyed this location but do not think I would re-rent this home due to the quality provided.

Summary: The house was beautiful. Lots of steps. Kitchen updated with 2 ovens,3 coffee pots, large refrigerator and nice laundry room. Since it was windy and cold the kids laid out by the pool. The only thing I didn’t like was it was 15 minutes from anything. It’s a residential area. If you want beautiful views and beaches this is your choice. If you like to shop, get coffee and restaurants this is not for you.

Summary: You won’t find a more perfect location for a quiet, peaceful, vacation. The views are spectacular and the inground pool is awesome. This was our second visit… and we’ll be back.
