Summary: We had a great stay at the property. Spent days at the beach and walked into town for dinner in the evening. Place was clean and quiet. Back patio was a nice thing to have.

Summary: Stayed with my wife for 10 days. We had business dealings nearby & location was ideal. Unit was perfect for 2 people. Unit was very clean, and recently redone. We walked to Las Olas every night for dinner & ice cream. Only complaint - walls are very thin. The couple that was next to us were very inconsiderate the whole time they were there. We heard EVERYTHING!! Kind of awkward especially when it’s going on all night. Luckily they only stayed 2 nights. Also, washer/dryer in yard shed was great being we stayed for an extended period.

Summary: Sofa needs to be replaced, broken down, a little more detail in cleaning also otherwise a great location and apartment.

Summary: Rental is a 5 min drive to the beach and can easily walk to stores and restaurants/cafes. Rental is very modern and clean. As we were a family of 4, it would have been great to have more places to hang items in the bathroom. Also, only 3 sets of towels/wash cloths were provided for the bathroom so that was a bit of a challenge with 4 people; however, there were extra beach towels so we did utilize those.
