Summary: This worked pretty great for our stay! We came to see our oldest and his wife and wanted a bigger place we could hang out, chill and play games. We did have pets. Only thing to note w/pets is only 1 bedroom is downstairs. And if more than 4 people there isn’t more comfy seating but our adult kids didn’t mind or care! We had a great wknd!

Summary: Once booked found out Evolve was property management- meant less quality right away. We found the house to be less than clean upon arrival. We were surprised by lack of basic supplies- a griddle, salt and pepper, napkins, dishwash soap, kitchen towels; purchased items to survive a long stay with 10 people!The kitchen faucet assembly was beyond loose, disposal had pieces inside we managed to get out, one vacuum missing bags, no way to clean the floors, and the owner tried to say he was “accommodating “ us- the clients paying to rent!The hot tub was a nice addition and used by many. The TVs were all not working and missing cords for the X box and teen room for games upstairs ( a draw when we booked) We did have contact with owner and he was responsive, though less than receptive to our request for refund of part of cleaning fee. It was a quiet neighborhood, rooms were decent for sleeping, and overall we managed for the holidays. Would not recommend renting with Evolve involved.

Summary: House was clean, we were given the incorrect key pad combination, and it took 10-25 mins to get straightened out. Pics were a fair representation of the rooms. There were a few maintenance/upkeep issues i.e. ants in master bedroom and bath, doors not closing correctly. Upstairs shower the thresholds kept falling off doors

Summary: This house is an exceptional find! It’s clean and spacious, featuring a stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, air fryer, and crock pot. There’s ample parking, along with plenty of street parking available. Located in a tranquil, walkable neighborhood, it’s conveniently close to restaurants and freeways. The home comfortably accommodates eight adults and four children, boasting very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The backyard is perfect for evening cookouts, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your convenience. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
