Positive: It was clean, beds were comfortable, well set up for a trip away with friends

Negative: The property is hard to find even with the video, there’s a dangerous step between the kitchen and dining room, we all fell more than once over the few days we stayed. And that was before any drinks!

Positive: Lovely big property, beautiful views over the lough, 2 minute drive to a lovely beach, and near to pubs / restaurants. Lots of space for the family to spread out in the property and I can imagine in summer it will be stunning having a BBQ in the outside patio area. Heating also worked well.

Negative: Cleanliness was an issue, especially in kitchen which needs a deep-clean (particularly disappointing was fridge and cutlery drawer), and this has been fed back directly to owner and I've no doubt he will take it on board. Perhaps just a blip considering time of year (over Christmas) and handovers etc. Rest of the property was fine.

Negative: Only issue is the road up towards the property. Lots of pot holes. But I guess this is probably a council issue
