Positive: Location worked well for our trip to F1 race just 10 to 15 min drive to metro and plenty of restaurants with in 15min. The inside of the house was clean and updated

Negative: It was hot while we were there and the air-conditioning upstairs didn't seem to be working at all making for an uncomfortable experience. The TV was very limited on Channels we wanted to watch the NBA finals and couldn't watch it so we had to go out to a sports bar when we just wanted to relax after a long day and watch the game at the house very inconvenient.
