Summary: We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel. We arrived early, and the staff went out of their way to assist in getting our room. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff is amazing and professional. Our room was large and comfortable. We will be staying there again.

Summary: Service is very poor for such an expensive hotel. There are plenty of better hotels in Cork to stay in. I wouldnt recommend Imperial.

Summary: Service in the breakfast room was very very slow and having to ask for everything repeatedly... tea, toast, missing items on breakfast. The food is good but service very poor. Impossible to get someone's attention also. Check out is 11am which is very early when breakfast is so slow. I dont know of any other hotel with 11am check out. And they stick to it rigidly, ringing to get you out and turn off cards access at 11am. Rooms are basic and small, bathrooms need a revamp. There isnt even a seat to sit on in the lobby. I wouldnt recommend it as a good experience for the price of the hotel. Plenty of other better places to stay in Cork.

Summary: The hotel is lovely with a beautifully updated piano bar. There’s a nice little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The rooms were a little outdated but were still very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking lot was about a kilometre away so make sure you drop your bags off at the hotel first

Summary: Something went on in that room before I arrived but room appeared clean. I came across papers and Trojan package at the bottom of the bed. Although I was a bit disgusted, it was too late to complain, so I kept it to myself.

Summary: The Imperial Hotel was grand, spacious, and beautifully clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was pristine, and the entire hotel was beautifully-decorated. My wife and I enjoyed the superb walkability to shops/pubs/restaurants directly behind the hotel as well. I would definitely love to stay here again.
