Positive: It was easy and convenient to check in and out of the apartment, the location of the apartment was convenient to public transport and a supermarket, I was pleased with the availability of drinking water in the room and unlimited coffee in the kitchen, clean and cozy

Negative: Too big and hard pillows, creaky bed, fixed shower head with rather weak water pressure (it was difficult to wash properly). To improve service, I would also recommend adding green tea and sugar in a sugar bowl instead of sachets to the kitchen, as well as a few deep plates and tablespoons

Positive: Convenient and quiet location. Walk8ng distance to Metrotown Mall. Had a free room upgrade which is cozy with a comfortable bed. There's a charming backyard where you can hang out. The kitchen and dining area is readily available however, we didn't get the chance to use it as we're always on the go. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here.

Positive: Quiet area, free parking, snacks and water provided, upgraded to ensuite bathroom, cheaper than hotels.

Negative: Room was small with no AC in late summer, bed was creaky, TV didn't wasn't connected to anything, sparse and boring decor.

Summary: Fine for staying a night or two if you need a place to sleep.

Positive: Overall good! Comfortable beds, good location for what I needed.

Negative: If you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear everything from the house. Conversations and laughs started before 7am. Room was clean, but there were some spider webs. I also needed to clear the washroom floor as there was a lot of hair from the other guests. Not cool.

Positive: Great location, in a quiet street just 10 min walk from Royal Oak and Metroland Skytrain stations and buses even closer. The house was large, modern comfortable and you have access to a kitchen, lounge, balcony with BBQ, garden and laundry. Our room was so beautiful, with a comfy bed and we were even upgraded to have a private bathroom. Snacks and water bottles were provided for free. Aviva was very communicative and the instructions to enter the property were really clear.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Beautiful home with all the facilities at a reasonable price.
