Summary: No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!!

Summary: I was blown away by how great the Imperial Stay was! It’s hard to find affordable accommodations in NYC that aren’t trashy. The Imperial Stay was affordable, but also clean and well organized. Host Fran does a great job making sure this is a pleasant place to stay. Will definitely look to stay here next time I am in the city.
