Positive: Large pools, sea front, lots of sun loungers.
Negative: I wouldn’t say this place was particularly cheap, and for an all-inclusive setup, it was rather disappointing. There are no alternative on-site restaurants, and the music blared until 11:30 p.m. — I could hear every lyric from my bedroom. The rooms have certainly seen better days. Each guest is provided with just one pillow, which was of poor quality, and although the shower pressure was good, the fittings were very dated. Cleanliness also left much to be desired — there was black mould on the shower head and rust around the mirror. Breakfast was underwhelming. Some of the food appeared undercooked, though the eggs were freshly prepared. The pastries were of a cheap, supermarket variety. Trying to enjoy a relaxing breakfast was impossible with the constant scraping of chairs, clattering of cutlery, and general noise echoing around the large dining hall. As for the coffee — don’t bother. It tasted dreadful. If you’re after a cheapish break for a couple of nights, it might just do the job. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive: Nice and family friendly hotel located on the beach. Surrounded by nice and well managed gardens and a golf course. This Hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to Granada or the Alpujarra.
Negative: Everything was just fine.

Positive: Pools were nice but only open 10-6. Beach was nice but you had to rent towels.
Negative: Property was undergoing renovations, we had booked a sea room and they “upgraded” us to an old room for handicap person. Room was approx 600 meters from the front desk - pulling your bag on the cobblestone all the way to your room. Diff buildings could use more signage to make easier to find. No phones in the room to call front desk, no coffee machines in the room. First available coffee was 10am. No ice machines for the rooms. Not really set up like a hotel/resort.
Summary: Good for a cheap night only

Positive: All the facilities at the Hotel, the food, beverages and the cleaness. I also enjoeyd the location and the staff. The bedroom was also very good and we've had a wonderfull night sleeping.

Positive: Everything! It's a simple answer, but true.
Negative: The only things I can think of, but these are very minor comparred to how nice the olace is. No room service, no food allowed to leave the dining room and pool restaurant. And the beach bar seems to be a separate business where they charge for everything. The fridge in the room, a mini fridge wasn't very cold.

Positive: I really liked the location of the resort and the overall layout of the resort buildings. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. I didn't get a chance to check out the beach or the pools because I was there in late December. However, the hotel organized animation programs that took place every day, so if I wasn't visiting nearby sights, I could join in.
Negative: The hotel was quite expensive compared to similar resorts in the area. In addition, the room equipment was somewhat worn out - rusty things in the bathroom, some stains on the walls, damaged wardrobe doors.... It really deserved some maintenance.
