Positive: The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location with probably one of the best views in Insouane. Especially loved waking up to the sounds of the waves and opening the blinds to the sea view. Breakfast in the terrace was also a highlight. Overall a really beautiful place to stay.
Negative: We had some issue with black mold in the shower which when looking at reviews realized it had been complained about previously. We spoke with the man in charge who do a good job of cleaning it off for us. However it probably should’ve been dealt with before we arrived seeing as it had already been flagged by previous guests. The main guy who seemed to be running the hotel was very kind and helpful, you could tell he wanted us to have a great stay but he seemed a little stressed especially at breakfast when we often had to wait a long time to be served any food. I think perhaps they need a little more staff on during the breakfast service especially when it’s a full house.
Summary: Beautiful location and incredible balcony view. Some small issues with the room and long waits at breakfast.

Positive: Staff super gentle and kind. Amazing views from the room. Very spacious and luminous apartment. Very comfortable. I felt like home here!
Negative: Maybe the kitchen could have extra plates and cutlery, to cook for five people sometimes was challenging :)

Positive: The view is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. Tidiane (reception host and manager) makes his best to keep it in order, but Addams is a sunshine in that house. Being nice and helpful and friendly and flexible is way more importante than being strict. The room is quite simple, and they could make an effort to make it cosier and nicer. They sure know people would come for the view and don't improve anything else. The bed is 2 single beds together, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. Pillows and mattress aren't that great. The one thing that bothered us and we complained twice, without any solution was the window door didn't lock, and anyone could get in from the hallway directly into our room. Fortunetely there was a box in the room. That wasn't a big deal, but still there was no option suggested to us. Apart from that, the view is really good. I could write so much about the social and housing problems in Imsouane, but I rather left that aside. Thank you Tidiane and Addams.

Positive: The staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, the view was fantastic. The hotel is a must, the pool was great to hang around between surfs
Negative: There is a building site next door, but they start a 8.30 in the morning, so not too bad as we were up by then anyway
