Positive: The only one positive aspect of the whole stay was a person who takes care of the maintenance and cleaning the area, called Christina. She did absolutely everything she could to make my stay better with. She is a very helpful, very positive, and truly supportive person. Her great efforts changed my perception of the place. Without her engagement and supportive attitude I would probably be move out after the first night.
Negative: The location of the place is not the best because there is literally nothing close, no shops, no restaurants, or a place to eat some food. Also, I get a little bit excited about the views, but there are no views at all if you are going to rent a single room. Because all of them are based on the ground floor and the first floor. If you want views you need to rent the whole apartment which is upstairs. The room was lacking almost everything. Inside you find extremely cheap equipment. The bed was ridiculously small. I'm not a tiny guy and I was struggling every night to have proper sleep. In the room that is no one place where you can hang your clothes except the tiny wardrobe. Basically the whole equipment of the room is a desk, a tiny bed, and a small wardrobe. And that's literally everything. In the bathroom there is no place where you can put things. No hangers, no shelfs. It was not easy and not comfortable. The kitchen downstairs is shared. Also there I was struggling to cook and fry my food. I had to make a special request to bring one pen, and a big knife to cut bread and fruits & veggies. Again, the kitchen, same as the room and the bathroom is equipped with a super barely minimum and low quality tools. If you are going to stay there for one night it's okay. If you're going to stay longer, I truly don't recommend this place, sadly.
