Positive: Blackout shutters and blinds provided a great place to adjust for jet lag. Clean and host was very helpful. Was also decent walking distance from train station but then very easy access to buses and street cars. Easy walk to old town areas. The renovation of the original building was done very nicely. Patio had a fun view of an old Roman Catholic Church.
Negative: Being close to street cars created some noise as they rolled by. Has geothermal utilities thus no AC so during very hot outside temps it isn’t as cool inside. Appreciate being more energy conservative and did just fine with no AC.
Summary: Would stay there again and recommend people to tour Torino

Positive: As it stated in other reviews, the host Enrico is super nice and extremely helpful. He will do his very best to ensure that your stay is "perfetto." The apartment itself was very spacious and the decor is exactly what you see in the photos. Our balcony faced the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. Shopping and restaurants are close by as well as a couple of grocery stores and transportation. The train station is a good 10 minutes walking distance. The area is safe and clean.
Negative: Here are some suggestions to make it even more "perfetto": 1. Dishes - There were only 4 of everything which, if you are four, leaves you wondering where to serve the Caprese salad or where to put the antipasti, etc. A few more plates and cutlery would be great 2. Pots - There could have been a couple more - one more large and one more medium for those folks that enjoy cooking the occasional meal as eating out can get tiresome depending how long you are away 3. No freezer to give that Prosecco the final chill before serving

Positive: Apartment was in a perfect location, not far from central station and close to many options for restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and the owner was so welcoming and informative and the perfect host. Honestly the place is so well looked after, peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay. Would defo recommend to anyone going to Turin.

Positive: Great location - easily accessible to the train station, bus station and exploring the city on foot. Really clean room and secure building. Modern apartment with everything that you need for a few days
