“Sue is an excellent host and the apartment is exactly as pictured, and as others have noted, bigger than it looks. The views from the balcony are incredible, and Murren is an excellent base for exploring the region. The cable car up to Schilthorn, and down to Gimmelwald, is a few minutes walk from the apartment. You can also do some excellent hikes from the top of the funicicular that leaves from the center of town. Kitchen was very well equipped, and there's a grocery store nearby. A great experience overall.”

We offer an open-plan lounge, spacious dining area with extendable table and adjustable lighting, a proper kitchen, and a separate bedroom with large double bed (2 x 100cm wide mattresses in a single unit, 2 storage chests and wardrobe with shelves. Modern 3-seater sofa bed in the lounge, with double mattress 144 x 199 cm. The lounge, balcony & garden have stunning panoramic views of the Eiger to Breithorn mountain range including glaciers.

Guests are responsible for paying the Visitors' Tax of CHF4.60 per person per night direct to the Tourist Office before departure. You will be offered free access to the pool etc. as a goodwill gesture.
A Departure Checklist is shared with guests. Host reserves the right to charge CHF45 per hour for unauthorised late check out or extra cleaning being necessary, also if there are complaints from neighbours. To date, host has never charged anything extra! Please liaise with your host if you have any problems.
