100% of our housekeeping fee goes to the local housekeeper to clean, sanitize, and prepare the condo for your vacation stay. We use a 3rd party provider who cleans all linens and sanitizes the house . We truly wish the cost was less, but the cost of living in Summit County has increased the last few years, and our provider needs to make a living :-). Still, we are trying to keep our prices affordable for you!
Please note, host provides grill and propane tanks. We don't guarantee propane gas in tank, but often times there is from prior guest. City Market grocery market is 10-minute drive from the house for refills. Host will reimburse guest for refills with valid receipt submitted to us.
Pet Stays must communicate to Owner prior to booking to obtain approval. If you have a barker, we recommend not booking with us. We're a small building and don't want to disturb other residents. Additional fees apply for pet stays as detailed on house rules ( Click pet stay to add in fee for first pet. Additional pets incur additional pet fees).
