Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was quite affordable, check in was easy and uncomplicated. There were two sets of keys. There was complimentary milk tea in the mini fridge which was really nice :)
Negative: Heavy renovations starting at 8:30am on both days of our stay. It was not really a problem but we would have appreciated if the host had informed us before our stay so we can expect that and not be awaken by loud drilling noises in the morning. Narrow staircase (if you have huge heavy luggages or cannot carry heavy bags, maybe this is not the best). No separation between shower and toilet, so the bathroom floor is always wet after shower. Room is quite small. Apartment wasn’t so easy to find, we got lost the first few times.
Summary: Good value place

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The accommodation is in a quiet alleyway and very conveniently located near the station and in short walking distance of many shops, restaurants and sights. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The check in process was smooth and there is the option to store luggage before/after check out.
Negative: The only small minus is that the shower tap is very inconveniently located. It sticks out so much that you can’t stand directly under the shower head - you have to angle the head and stand in a corner to get wet.
Summary: Great location & good value for money
