Summary: My 22 year old daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had a rental car, so the short drive to Aurora's antiquing and wine tasting quick and easy, but even if we'd not had a car and only the access to the adorable and delicious Historic Butteville Market two blocks away and trail head into Champoeg State Park a couple blocks further would've given us all we needed for a weekend.

Summary: The house & amenities were perfect for our family of 5. It was a minute from the historic Butteville Country Store which served all of our food & even some music needs. 2 items that need some attention are: there are a couple mice that are active in the kitchen at night that we saw. And being downstairs, we can hear upstairs renters clearly until late @ night. The backyard sitting area is lovely when it is cool. Hiking in Champoeg Park is refreshing. And lady Hill Winery across the road is lovely.
