Summary: Marvellous apartment in great part of town just around the corner from Freiburg's military archive.

Summary: This apartment is great! It is easily accessible, close to a tram stop on a line which takes you directly to the center of the Old Town and to the train station (once construction is completed in Oct. 2014). A large grocery store is only a five minute walk away, and there is a small bakery just around the corner. The apartment is ideally suited to an individual or couple. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. You could not ask for better service from the manager. Karin responded to all my emails promptly, and was extremely helpful after I arrived. The apartment is in a residential area with many children playing, but is quiet at night. The location is particularly desirable for anyone wanting to work in the Bundesarchiv-Militärarchiv, only a five to seven minute walk away.
