Positive: The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and pleasant — truly going above and beyond. I felt genuinely welcome from the first moment. The room was very warm, comfortable, and cozy, which made the stay especially relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Positive: The location was excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was very complete, with a great variety of options. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.

Negative: The spa area and thermal pool were a disappointment. They could use some improvements, and overall they were not worth the price we paid for the experience.
