Positive: Comfy bed & big room

Negative: Ants in the room. Shower would be freezing cold or scolding hot. The staff wasn’t very informative. We didn’t know they had a free service that took you into town which helped with it being quite far in location from general luna as they didn’t tell us. We asked where we could rent bikes. She said she didn’t know. But we then realised after renting one from general Luna they had there own bikes? So confusing. Also confusing what breakfast and drinks are available. They didn’t come over to us for a while but we watched them go to 3 other couples who sat down after us which was quite rude. They always seemed to be out of certain foods.

Negative: It's in Malinao area, so it can be a bit of a drive if you're wanting to explore General Luna. However, we preferred being away from the busy tourism hubs

Positive: Inbox Siargao Resort was such a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, stylish, and had that relaxing island vibe that perfectly matched the Siargao atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, always making sure we felt comfortable during our stay. I also loved how close the resort was to cafes, restaurants, and Cloud 9. Everything was within easy reach! Although I only stayed for one night, it was definitely worth it and every moment was well spent. It was the perfect spot to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Negative: It’s not that we didn’t like it, but we do understand that it’s just new opening. A lot of adjustment was needed. Like no television and hair dyer hehehe. But overall we love our stay, we love our experienced as first timer in siargao..
