Bear Hollow Lakes is an ideal getaway. Located close to many amenities, but with the feeling of being far away.
Property is located on the waterfront and includes paddle boards, kayaks, surf boat, ski boat and life jackets. There are 3 miles of paved bike/walking trails and a sandy beach with toys for the kids. Volleyball, basketball court, pickleball, playground, rope swing and a game room chock full of games are sure to make your stay a fun unforgettable experience. We stock our lake with fish; bass and bluegill and guarantee a delightful fishing experience for all anglers! We welcome water-ski fanatics and families who love water and time away in a peaceful lake setting. For the more adventurous, our 30 foot diving platform and blob will surely get your adrenaline pumping!
The Lake Lodge has eight bedrooms with beds for 28 people, and ten full bathrooms.
Master bedrooms boast king-size beds, flat screen TV's and private washer/dryer units.
Large, state of the art 20 person Hot tub awaits you. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
In the 40 foot wide Kitchen/Great room groups of 30 or more easily dine together.
Watch the latest Blue-Ray with your friends while reclining on our couch that seats 28.
Our fully stocked outdoor kitchen makes your summer barbecue an extra special occasion.
Beach House interior is designed to create the feeling of being ocean-side with six bedrooms/ pull out couch, and four full bathrooms. The Beach House sleeps 21.
Check out our Tiki-inspired theater room that delights with the latest technology.
Additionally, an acre of manicured grass is perfect for camp enthusiasts; and we even have flush toilets for campers comfort. Volleyball net, basketball hoop and a sandy beach ensure something fun for everyone. Paddle boards and kayaks are on the waters edge ready to go. Life jackets are located in the boathouse on the sundeck. Shallow swim area is perfect for little ones with beach toys on site. There's a competition water-ski boat and also a surfboard boat on site, included for four hours daily, and available to rent more hours if you wish. Drivers are available if you would like.
The cost of the boat rental includes the boat, all the skis, wakeboards, surf boards, tubes and life jackets. Boat gas is included.
Over 3 miles of paved trails in this gated community will be yours for jogging, walking, or cycling.
The lake has lights that may be used for night skiing or tubing. Pickleball court and basketball court also have lights to enjoy night-time play.
In the wintertime an ice rink is created on the lake, skates are available, and sled hills are located in the back of the Lodge.

Summary: Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren at Bear Hollow was all I expected and more. We wanted a venue where everyone could be together and have an exceptional time. Everyone from age 4 to 68 enjoyed all of the activities offered at this beautiful place. More than enough room for all of us (19) Boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boards, and just swimming and relaxing made our stay an awesome experience. So wonderful in fact, that we're making it an annual event. Thank you Sharon for all of your help (whenever we called) I highly recommend this property!!

Summary: What an incredible location! We were able to house our immediate family and entire wedding party in the two houses for the whole weekend. The ceremony in the grove was beautiful, the reception on the front lawn was unforgettable! We had two tents delivered and tables for over 150 people and there was plenty of room. The maintenance staff and property manager were more than accommodating. This place is a gem in norther Utah!

Summary: This was the perfect spot for our family reunion. Lots of space, lots to do, and wonderful accommodations! The check in should be more systematic so that you know all about the lights, fans, refrigerators, cleaning supplies etc. Or there could be a notebook with all this information. Otherwise we loved every minute and would recommend this paradise to anyone!!

Summary: It is gorgeous place with everything we needed to spent quality time and relax with our family. It was a reunion to remember for ever. The shot gun deck was a big hit with our group. The eagle sighting were magnificent. Shand was excellent with the boat and giving everyone the perfect ride on the boat. Sharon was like a long lost friend that wanted to make sure we were treated like her favorite people in the world. It was a dream come true.

Summary: Our family just completed our 4th year at Bear Hollow Lakes Resort. I wish I could add another star to the 5 start rating! This private lake with two homes and on lake boat house is just incredible. After spending time at Lake Powell, Ut and Bear Lake Ut, fighting wind, crowds and hours traveling to and from, Bear Hollow Resort is THE place to truly relax and enjoy true paradise. Its just an hour from Salt Lake City. You lack nothing when you arrive other than something to eat. No boat to trailer, no gear to bring unless you need your favorite ski or wake board. Sandy beach for the kids and a roped off swimming/play area. Every year we come we never want to leave. The homes are decorated and furnished with the best of everything. Our family looks forward to coming every year. Its the only vacation we take all year were the parents can actually kick back and really enjoy the time away from home. If you stay once you will come back. Sharron the property manager is personable and responsive. If you and your family are looking for a WORLD CLASS water sports resort destination. Look no further. This is it!

Summary: My wife and I celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage with a family vacation to Bear Hollow Resort. Every member of our family really enjoyed our week long stay. We rented the power boat for great water sports activities and all of our children and grandchildren really had a blast. Walking or bicycling around the lake path was a daily activity as well. The volleyball net was up and used daily. And fishing was really good for our younger grandchildren who caught and released numerous bass, sunfish and catfish from the dock. The living conditions in the Lakeside Lodge and Beach House were just right for our family. The theater room was used every day. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made meal preparation extremely successful. The one thing we had not taken along were beach towels so we had to go into town and purchase some since the towels provided are for indoor bathing only. In summary I would rate this vacation location with the highest marks possible. Every one of our family wanted to know when we would be able to return. Thanks to Sharon and all the staff who helped to make this a tremendous experience.

Summary: This was an amazing place to have a reunion! Seriously there wasn't a need to go anywhere else! The lake was amazing and the kids didn't come in all day! There was boating, kyaking, a little beach area for babies with toys, an amazing dock, outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen, lounge, chairs, hot tub, massive grassy area, a gorgeous theater, the homes are beautiful and a walking path clear around the lake to walk or ride bikes. I could just go on and on! Our family has commented over and over how this was their favorite reunion ever! It is everything you would ever need and more! I can't say enough about it!

Summary: We had been gone for 18 months on an LDS mission and were looking for a place to hold our annual "Ohana"... which we have every year in July. We wanted this one to be special because we had not been all together for so long. This place was perfect! We had a wonderful time and the family wants to come back again and again. We are already looking into booking it for next year. Our 17 grandchildren LOVED the fishing, boating, paddle boards, basketball hoop, theatre room, volleyball net and the fire-pit where we roasted smores..... Even the roasting sticks were provided. Our six sons and families each had their own space and we even had our own suite, with the most comfortable bed you could ever ask for. The outdoor kitchen was wonderful... it has its own refrigerator, microwave, and fabulous grill that made grilling a breeze. We loved the theatre room in the Beach House where we had a "date-night" where all of the 6 sons and daughter-in-laws watched a movie, while Grandpa and Grandma watched the grandchildren in the Lake Side Lodge. Everything is top of the line, and no detail is left unattended. Sharon is always ready and willing to help with anything you need, and Craig was always so gracious to stop by and see how things were going. This is a fabulous place for a family reunion. It has something to do for everyone, with all ages having a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back again!
