3 Bedroom Villa in Strettoia

Beautiful fully detached semi-detached villa with private infinity pool with stunning views of the Versilia coast.
The Villa is equipped with every comfort to enjoy every moment of the day, from the flat-screen TV, the excellent hi-fi system, the pool-house equipped with shower and mini bar, air conditioning, beautiful infinity pool and wi -fi.
The villa is accessed through a narrow street of the village, an electronic gate gives you access to the car park that can accommodate up to three cars.
The parking stairs lead to a large veranda with panoramic views and access to both sides of the living room. The ground floor in fact is equipped with two French windows that connect the living room and the kitchen to the veranda in order to make the most of the outdoor spaces.
Ground floor: Comfortable lounge, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, storage room and bathroom.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one double where you can put a cot, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to a double, a bedroom with a single bed where you can add an additional single bed.
Each room has a beautiful view on the Versilia coast, air conditioning, hardwood floors and ceiling with exposed beams.
From the first floor there is access to the terrace where the totally fenced pool area is located.
It is easy to access as it is only 5 minutes drive from the Versilia exit and 10 minutes from the sea, the shops, restaurants and clubs in the center of Forte dei Marmi.

Summary: Fantastic property with wonderful views and an amazing pool. You do need transport, but nearest train is less than 10 mins drive away. The road to the house is very narrow, so a small car is best. Hope to go back again

Summary: The house is a great place at which to holiday. The description is very accurate. The villa is very well equipped and laid out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was clean with plenty of equipment for swlf catering. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are fully equipped and clean. Outside the gardens are really substantial with a couple of levels and beautifully kept. The veranda is great for shade and evening meals. The pool and sunbathing level really is the jewel. The pool for every age over delivered in fun and relief from heat. The view is 1st class also. The only downside of the position is later in the evenings the open air discos (which are many miles away in town.) Can be heard and do break the piece outside. They cannot be heard inside though so no loss of sleep. Overall i would book the visit again. Elena and Stefano at the booking agency are very helpful. Be prepared to cover cleaning and extra electrical bills with cash. We spent an extra 230 euros on these items. The broader area is lovely, Pietrsanta is great for visit and restaurants. La Toto pizza restaurant is worth a visit. Manatola is pretty but high season mega busy! If you visit Billys Trattoria up on the hill in the town is well worth a visit for lunch. The Apuan Alps are amazing view too. We did not go to the beach at all....with the pool it just was not nescessary. Overall i would recommend this villa to a broad audience. We visited with a 10 yr and 16 yr old

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay we could have ever imagined. The communication in advance and during our stay, especially with Elena and Stefano, was perfect. When we arrived, we met Stefano at the local office and he showed us the way to the house and gave us a little tour through the house. We felt very welcome. Thank you. The house and the property ist very beautiful, good equiped and very clean. The pool and the view is stunning. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you to the kind team of Tuscany in Style. We will definitely book our next trip to Tuscany via this Agency.

Summary: Pros: Garden and pool were beautiful made. It was like sitting in a paradise outside the house. The service of Tuscany in style in particular Elena and Stefano were very professional and helpful and awnsered our questions and requests fast and responded as quickly as possible. Bathroom and kitchen are new. Cons: inside the house it was like visiting your grandparents. The furniture is very old especially in the bedrooms and even the mirrors seemed to be "vintage style". It was not our cup of tea. There was a strange persistent smell. Dont arrive with a huge car because there would be a chance that you can't drive up the road because of how narrow it is. All in all Elena and Stefano saved the day. And if you like old furniture and dont mind the smell then you might like the place.

Summary: I have wanted to write this review since returning and yet I delayed as I really did not anyone else to find this little gem in a spectacular area of Italy. We stayed for a week (two weeks next time) and loved every minute. The local town is wonderful and the location in general is within easy reach of so many wonderful towns and historic places - I can't list everyone but get a car and don't be scared to travel out. The town had some great supermarkets, restaurants etc. Elena was really helpful and the villa, pool and terraces were a sanctuary when you just wanted to be on your own and in your little spot of Italy all to yourself. Miss this one to you will regret it. Big thank you to Elena and see you next year.
