Between the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Luberon region, independent little house near the owner's villa, close to the village of Jouques - provençal village at 25 km from the centre of Aix en Provence.
An independently owned, self-contained 70 m² house with open-plan ground flood comprising : living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom with a sofa bed. These bedrooms are not fully independant ; they don't have a door and both access to a common corridor.
For now, WIFI is not available in the guests' home but you are welcome to use the owner’s WIFI near their home.
Many opportunities for hiking in the village and in surrounding areas (Sainte Victoire mountain, Luberon park ...).
You are welcome to enjoy the owner’s 4,000 m² garden and its aromatic plants. You are also welcome to use the owner’s pool, from 9 AM to 7 PM (in seasons when it is in service). Yet, the pool is not allowed for people other than the renters themselves.
The residence is located in a quiet residencial area (not suited for partying), at 5 min by car of the village center of Jouques. Bus stop to Aix en Provence, at 5 min walk.
All linen is provided (sheets, duvets / continental quilts, towels, tea towels). The only supplement to be anticipated is an extra 30€ for housecleaning if you choose not to do it yourself.
We can lend you an "umbrella-bed" for baby if you wish.
If the house is not rented the night following your departure and if you wish so, you may leave later than contractually, around 17h, to make the most of your stay...
