Positive: Host Joe was highly comminucating and guided nicely to the reach location. He also immediately after my booking, he reached and informed that the room I booked is a camp site, not a room as booking.com showed. Then I had to request him to upgrade my booking and paid for the upgrade. He is bvery friendly and helpful.

Positive: This place is a charming little oasis in the heart of Utah, conveniently located near several national parks. Joe, the site keeper, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite our late arrival after a long day of travel, he waited to personally guide us to our site and show us around the van/cabin. Our assigned spot was beautiful and peaceful—we only wish we had more time to enjoy it. It's definitely the kind of place where you'd want to stay for a couple of days to fully relax and explore, but unfortunately, we had to hit the road early the next morning.
Negative: The small road leading to the site is a bit rough on the tires and can be challenging to navigate—especially in the dark, as we experienced. But it is only for a couple of minutes, and it is all worth it.

Positive: Such a great spot in the middle of nowhere – in the best way possible! The camper was super clean, with fresh towels and bedding. There’s a shower, toilet, grill, and a little kitchenette – everything you need. The owner is super nice and welcoming. And the best part? Three lovely, well-behaved dogs always up for some fun. Just a really charming place overall. If you’re passing through and want a quiet night away from the city, definitely make the turn to Indian Canyon Ranch! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality! Negative: Not so much a dislike but a heads up for all travelers, road is very bumpy. High clearance vehicle is almost a must.

Positive: Great facility if you're ok with rustic camping. Joe was a great host and the school bus "room: was quaint. Definitely a memorable stay for vacation.
Negative: The room description said it had a bathroom and walk-in shower. It did not. We had to walk down the hill to a portable toilet. The solar powered batteries were not sufficient to operate a CPap machine. The road in was rough.

Positive: This place is great! Super unique experience and good vibes. We had the place to ourselves but I bet it’s a blast with a big group or over multiple days. There’s a big fire pit and fully stocked kitchen. Joe’s super chill and his dogs are very friendly - Cortez really likes fetch!
Negative: The only things less than ideal were the rough section of road coming in and the cold shower in the morning. But the dogs were nice enough to guide us in and Joe warned us about the shower when we arrived

Positive: Joe was a wonderful host. We had a last minute change of plans and arrived early. We reached Joe by phone and he helped us get set up with a much needed shower! His 3 dogs are so sweet. Beautiful canyon to enjoy a short walk away!
Negative: Water pressure was quite low in the shower and the solar heating for the water doesn’t work well in the morning. Still we LOVED the shower!
Summary: Beautiful! Quiet! 3 wonderful dogs! Kitchen! Nice canyon nearby!
